1. Information We Collect
We collect the following information to provide our services:
- Mobile number — for OTP-based login via Firebase Authentication
- Name — provided during sign-up
- Location — only when you use Rides or Route Finder, with your explicit permission
- Search queries — stored locally on your device only (e.g., "milk", "Uber vs Ola")
- Subscription data — stored locally on your device
We do NOT collect: passwords, payment details, browsing history from other apps.
2. How We Use Your Information
- Authenticate your identity via Firebase OTP
- Show price comparisons relevant to your location
- Display your savings history
- Improve app performance and fix bugs
We do NOT sell data, use it for advertising, or share it with partner apps.
3. Location Data
NammaDeal requests location permission only for:
- Rides — to calculate distance and compare prices
- Route Finder — to find transit routes near you
Location is: never stored on our servers, never shared with third parties, only used in real-time. You can revoke permission anytime in Android Settings.
4. Data Storage & Security
- Phone number & name stored in Firebase (Google's secure cloud, encrypted)
- Search history, basket, savings, subscription — stored locally on your device
- Price comparisons are performed locally — searches are NOT sent to any server
- All Firebase data is encrypted at rest and in transit (TLS)
5. Subscriptions & Payments
- Optional ₹5/month subscription (free until June 1, 2026)
- Payments made directly via your UPI app (PhonePe, GPay, Paytm etc.)
- We do NOT have access to your bank account or UPI PIN
- Subscription status stored locally on your device
- No auto-debit — renewal is always manual
6. Third-Party Apps & Deep Links
NammaDeal compares prices from third-party apps (Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy, Uber, Ola, etc.).

- Prices shown are for comparison and may vary on the actual platform
- We are not responsible for pricing errors by these platforms
7. Children's Privacy
NammaDeal is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. Contact us if you believe your child's data has been collected.
8. Your Rights
- Access — request a copy of data we hold about you
- Delete — request deletion of your account and data
- Correct — request correction of inaccurate data

1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using NammaDeal ("the App"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please uninstall the app.
2. Description of Service
NammaDeal is a price comparison tool for delivery, rides, pharmacy, and travel services in India. We do not sell products directly. All purchases happen on third-party platforms.
3. Price Accuracy
- Prices shown are estimates and may vary by location, time, and promotions
- NammaDeal is not liable for pricing discrepancies
- Always verify the final price on the respective platform before purchasing
4. Subscription Terms
- ₹5/month subscription is optional and free until June 1, 2026
- A 3-day free trial is available after the free launch period
- Subscriptions are renewed manually — no auto-debit
- Due to the low price (₹5), we do not offer refunds
5. Prohibited Use
You may NOT: reverse engineer the app, use it for unlawful purposes, attempt unauthorised access to our systems, or scrape/automate requests.
6. Limitation of Liability
NammaDeal is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect damages, loss of data, or decisions made based on price comparisons shown in the app.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
